I have owned and loved Rhodesian Ridgebacks since 1982.  I am a founding member of the San Diego Rhodesian Ridgeback Club since it was formed in 1987, and am also a member of the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of the United States. I am committed to breeding soundness - both physical and mental health with every generation. I strive to produce sound, healthy dogs capable of doing the work they were originally bred for, holding large game at bay, and being agile, athletic and intelligent. I carefully select parents of each breeding to emphasize desirable traits and minimize faults in their progeny.  Genetic screenings are done on all parents prior to being bred.

All my pups are home raised and well socialized with an emphasis on health and temperament. I will continue to keep learning, trying to breed the perfect Rhodesian Ridgeback.  I recognize that I am a privileged guardian of this wonderful breed, and take on that responsibility very seriously.

We live on a fenced 8 acre farm in Julian, California, located in the San Diego Mountains, but my dogs spend much of their time snoozing on the sofa.
